  1. At the time I was at your store, Ms. Lupe was the only cashier and she was covering 2 machine check out; one is for cash, one is for cards. Under such a pressure with her young age, she was not only handle everything professionally but also very kind to customers.
    I have to emphasize again, she is very young, and one person handle two peoples workload under long check out line pressure. She is a real assets of Rite Aide, it is so hard to find a good worker like her nowadays, you don’t want to lose her.

  3. Right after I arrived to pick up prescriptions the pharmacy closed for lunch. There were 6 people working in the pharmacy. Couldn’t they have taken turns and keep the pharmacy open for customers? Shouldn’t people waiting in line have been taken care of before closing? Several irate customers left, and some will probably change pharmacies.
