  1. Went to a KFC in Quesnel B.C. Canada. Worst chicken burger i have ever had from there quality has been getting worse. We will not be going there ever again. Cold chicken maybe 3 strands of lettuce and so little sauce we added our own at home.

    • Agreed. The online system is terrible and plagued with errors. Trying to order with a coupon that stated as Exclusive online and is valid, yet the system keeps on coming back saying coupon is invalid. The site is useless. More time needs to be spent on UAT Testing or close the site. No point in having a www site when none of the pages works. Even the feedback area fails. They should just close the online site. Completely useless

  2. Went to KFC, February 23 in Windsor ON. The service was kind and friendly but the quality vs price is not the same. The fries aren’t as good as they used to be. I miss the extra crispy chicken. We barely go anymore because the price is getting higher and the quality is falling. They gave a coupon to redeem if we filled the survey and can’t do that either. They are a beloved fast food restaurant but if they want to stay in business they need a revamp badly. I would like to see them go back to models they had in the past, the new ones aren’t working. Hire the right people and take pride in the legacy you started. Don’t just be about making money, that’s what destroys franchises in my opinion. Fix the website.
