  1. I was totally frustrated after trying to get passports renewed online for 3 days. Jason at the FedEx location on 116th St in Marysville WA was absolutely a saint. He was so helpful and friendly I can’t praise him enough. What a wonderful employee you have here.

  3. Have tried all the numbers on my receipt dated 4/25/2022 from Store 2148, location code USCKI, and the survey will not allow me to move on due to no receipt number. Jamisha P. was the team member who assisted me and she was most professional and personable, and went out of her way to help me complete my services. She is the perfect individual for this store and its clientele Feel very fortunate to have had her guide me through my tasks. Thank you!

  4. The Williamsburg, Monticello FedEx location is by far the best in the area. No matter when I go there, the service is outstanding. Bill, Joe, and Keyon are wonderful to work with. I receive EXCELLENT service from these guys, which makes my decision to use FedEx for my shipping needs very easy. When COVID-19 struck the country, FedEx was the only carrier that continued to meet expectations and deliver packages when promised, and without excuses. I had several packages delivered late due to COVID-19 when shipping with other carriers. From that point on, I have only used FedEx. I would rather pay the extra money, drive a little further to get to the Monticello location than use any other carrier. Knowing my package is in good hands provides comfort, particularly when you ship something expensive. Big thanks to Bill, Joe and Keyon at the Monticello location in Williamsburg, VA for the awesome service!!!

  5. Hi! I visited your FedEx office store on 1573 Union Ave. in Memphis on yesterday. I would like to compliment the young man Parker that was so helpful to me with making nine copies. That were important to me. Parker was very gracious kind and polite..I were so impress with the service he gave.. and will continue to support this store. .good customer service friendly is what is important and needed always.. thank you Parson.

  6. Steve (Center 0618; Location FCMKK) is a good listener with a can-do problem-solving temperament. My MacBook doesn’t speak the same language as the self-help printers. Steve patiently explained why I couldn’t do my printing even though I had brought PDF files. Then he offered to take my USB drive and try to run my project from a computer. It worked beautifully! Thank you, Steve.

  8. I went to your San Rafael location SRFKS STORE #5143 for a color copy. It could have been accomplished in 5 minutes. The young lady who served me (Krista or Kristen) was talking to another employee. There were no customers in the store. She said “this is a 24-hr job.” I said “Are you sure, it’ll just take a second.” I have always been taken care of on a while you wait basis.
    This was Presidents Day weekend (Saturday) and I was headed out town. She said it would be ready Sunday; they would call me. I explained I wouldn’t be back in several days, but she was not interested in printing my order. As soon as I left, she went back to talking to the same employee, who also didn’t seem to have anything to do.
    This is not customer service, it is customer defiance. You want people who represent you in a favorable light. This encounter will make me seek other copy shops. I paid almost $40 on my wife’s account. Please get back to me with some help. We have been dealing with Fedex/Kinko’s for years and I’ve never had an employee who was not busy not try to help me.
