Upon arriving our server, Derrick escorted us to a table where social distancing was in place. Derrick was very prompt, attentive, and supportive of our granddaughter who is physically handicapped.
Enjoyed our meal and had boxes to take home. Great place and great service.
Went to Sonny’s in Inverness Fl. got the brisket sandwich and made A big deal I have ate there a hundred times this was not a good sandwich it was full of fat I had a half cop full it was bad I told the waiter he seen all the fat and called the manger she came over told me I should not got it chopped said she would adjust the price of the sandwich but I guess she changed her mind so I paid $11.59 something I could not hardly eat. Now day and times this is not a very good way of doing things. thank you
The sonny’s in fort Pierce is horrible placed all you can eat order at 7:15pm Git food at 7:40 took so long asked to put a reorder in and at 8:15 still had not received it very very poor service at the location and they do not care
If you can’t take of the customers close till you can
The priority at the location is all about the carry out not the customer in front of them
Great food, good service, but the one problem is the dessert, the banana pudding don’t have nilla wafers nor bananas, like there is a Walmart half a mile away, get some bananas. >:(
very disappointed in order and service. Never recieved texas toast or extra sauce in order. try to do survey and can’t get into site
Had the big deal turkey sandwich and fries at the Zephyrhills location last night. The turkey was so dry that I had to smother it in sauce to eat it and the fries looked and tasted like they were a day old. Sonny’s should take a lesson from Willy Jewels. Never had a bad meal there.
We visited the E Silver Springs Blvd location during the Big Deal promotion two weeks in a row with a group of eight each visit and had excellent food and service both times. The second visit, 5/31, was extremely busy and the service couldn’t have been better from the greeter to the wait staff; especially our server, Jennifer N. Everyone was hustling, the food was delivered hot and was very good.
Worst experience ever at any Sonny’s location I’ve been to. I was at the Sonny’s in Corbin Ky & ordered a sliced pork big deal on texas toast. My toast was totally burnt & my sliced pork was hard as a rock. They charged an arm & a leg & gave me food that a dog wouldn’t eat. I paid $12.18 for an order of fries.
Our family visited the Sonny’s location in Perry, Ga. along I-75. The experience was superb! Walking to the door the aroma of BBQ filled the air. We were greeted so warmly and escorted to our booth table. Soon we were greeted by our server Blake and she took our drink order and returned in no time with them and we gave her our dinner orders. We each got something different and the food was so delicious and phenomenal! I got the BBQ sampler and was not disappointed. Thanks to everyone for their friendliness and the awesome food! This restaurant was great! Thank you! I can still smell the BBQ days later!
