I want to leave a comment on my recent visit, 11/12/21, at Lowes in North Spokane, Washington, store #3045. I was dreading to go there and look at appliances because sometimes there is no one to help you or you wait around for quite some time looking for someone. I applied for a credit card at the service counter and that ttansaction went smoothly. Next, I went to the appliance department since my Kenmore washing machine broke down Monday. I had a nice gentleman, T Ross help me right away and was very kind to me. No waiting or standing around looking for an employee. He said to me, “I am here to help you,” which you do not receive often at a store. The transaction went smoothly which I could not believe. I went to take the survey for Lowes, but my receipt did not give me a 12 digit number to fill out the survey. I want to commend this gentleman for graciously helping me since I was dreading the shopping of appliances.

My name is Lucian. I want to leave a comment on the excellent service I just received at the Cumberland, MD Lowes today (Jul 27, 2023). I was ordering a new stove and got the best salesman I could have ever asked for. He was honest, straight talking and knew his products. He guided me to get the best deal for my situation. I don’t normally send in reviews on folks but I am making an exception here. His name is Robert Ogle. He works in the Appliance Dept. Robert did an absolutely excellent job in all aspects and is best salesman I’ve gotten in years. When I buy other appliances at Lowes you can bet I’ll wait till Robert is on shift!
