  1. I am having a great deal of difficulty with the kohl’s feedback site. It used to be so easy to click and get in. Now there are toooo many other frustrating steps as well as things I am not interested in being a part of.

    I wanted to thank Linda at the Cedar Falls, IA store for her wonderful assistance at check out. I really appreciate her!!!!!!! Please let her know that I truly did !!!!!!!!

  2. yesterday 10/28/2021 my daughter and myself was looking for a vacuum, we had the best help from 2 employees i have ever received in a store, there names were Randy and Theresa at the Kohls store in Bloomington, Il. the store # is 0129 they did not have the vacuums i was lookiing for and they did everything in there power to make sure i left with a vacuum and was very satisfied. we will both shop at the Kohls again.

  6. I feel the same way as a previous shopper has written. There is so much you have to load, which I did not do, to leave a comment for your store experience. I found what I wanted and was on clearance which made the visit even sweeter. Marsha, who checked me out, was the nicest and most helpful lady to get signed up for a Kohl”s card and for discounts. I wanted to recognize Marsha but not sure this is the best place to do that and have Marsha’s employer will see this message

  7. I wanted to recognize Kathy at store 1482 Galesburg IL but can’t get to the site for feedback…..she is so helpful anf always so pleasant ! I also need to recognize Linday who at store 1482 was so friendly and full of energy while returning an Amazon order at the Galesburg IL store….Both women are a great asdition to this store!
